I just decided to make myself a balance trainer! Ok i will admit i did get bored with work!
Anyway!
It worked quite well and i will be open for business! ( Only joking! ) On a serious note though i thought i would tell you how i did it! it only took 5 mins so was pretty easy! i have pictures at

1)I got a piece of think wood! Any thickness as long as it holds your weight! also any lenght and width! I had some left over from when the builders quit!
2)Get a peice of old or new, plastic drain pipe. This could be left like it comes or could have a peice of wood or somthing inside to keep form buckling!
3) i added to smaller peices of wood the the big peice so it didnt roll over the ends.
4 (optional) You could put towels or somthing around the pipe to keep it more sturdy or so it doesnt damage the carpet!
5) go have fun!
