Ok, I've been knee boarding a couple of times and loved it. Now I'm gunna go for wakeboarding and have got a boat booked in a weeks time.

However, I have got the opportunity to try and wakeboard before this on a cableski.

Has anyone got any advice, i.e. forget trying to learn from scratch on a cableski and just wait for the boat, or give the cableski a try??

I have seen sooo many people get despondent trying to learn on a cable, cos the learning curve is so steep.

Any advice would be very welcome to a complete newbie like me..... :?
