Fat sacs are basically, large water proof sacs that you can fill with water. You put them in your boat and fill them up, adding weight to the boat (you can get differant sizes from 130lbs to 600lbs) it works on the principle of the more weight in the boat the lower it rides in the water giving you more wake. Pretty much almost everyone now use some sort of weight enhancment in their boat, they do make a differance. I've put 2500lbs worth in an old nautique 2001, and it put out a really nice wake.
the foil thing, well it works (look for referance under "malibu wedge") Malibu put them on their boats and its ment to add the effect of 1100lbs, and improve wake shape.
