160 pounds is in what i would consider the average size man,,and would do good with a board 132cm and up,,i weight 150-155 pounds and have had a 132cm board,, but found that i didnt really care for the shorter board,,so i went back to a 137cm,, but anyway someone up to 125 or so pounds could get by with the boards in the 120's range,,but as you get into 130 pounds up to 170 pounds or so you would go with a 130's range board,, but at 175 pounds or so i would suggest the 140's boards,,but the 136cm board you want sounds like a good choice that you wont go wrong with to me,,
