Default 1988 SKI Nautique 2001 model.

I have just listed my 2001 nautique on boats and outboards Nautique Speed Boat for sale , SKI NAUTIQUE 2001 MODEL 1988. - Boats And Outboards
It is a 1988 model so has the newer looking dash, it has the 351 ford windsor engine which is a first time starter and pulls strong, ticks over and runs just as you would expect. This is one of the cleanest examples of this boat i have ever seen and i spent some time finding it when i bought it. The hull is in very good condition and the origional graphics havn`t faded at all. It is fitted with a boss tower imported from America and board racks either side.
The trailer is uk spec but the brake shoes are not fitted at present(i still have them) the trailer is not galvanised but is solid.
At start of season oil and filters were changed, new plugs and points fitted. We are using the boat every weekend and it requires no mechanical work doing.
The interior of the boat is origional and holding up well apart from the 2 front seat cushions which could do with a retrim. Origional correct craft cover with no rips. dry stored at present.
The hour meter broke at 200hours but i have the receipt from the nautique dealer in 2002 when it had only done 169 hours, the previous owners reckoned it was under 500 as they were only light users and i have probably put about 70 hours on. If you come and view you will see from the condition that it is well under a 1000hrs.
The wake as everyone knows is legendary, with 2x600lbs sacks on board it will scare anyone who hasn`t ridden one before. it is as close as you will get to a super air for under 6 grand. This boat is ready to use and well worth a look, a demo ride will be possible most weekends for interested partys.
PM me if you require any more info. £5750 ono
Only reason its for sale is partner in boat no longer wants to carry on so unfortunately for me i have to sell. MTM

This is actually a really sick boat, the cleanest example of a 2001 you will find. It rides really well too.
I actually don't know the current owner, but my friend used to own it previously and put on the tower and accessories.

Here is a picture of us on it at the club: Ian9596.jpg :: End of Season with the Collins Family

Smile Sold

Boat has now sold to 2 fellow wake chat members James and Ian who are going to use it on the conway in wales. Couldnt have wished to sell the boat to a better pair than these two and think they will have some good times with there new wake. (All they need now is some shorts, not seen any naked boardes for a long time.)

Hi David

Thanks for the boat we are really pleased with it, and it has more than exceeded our expectations. We went out in it yesterday, very choppy, and it took on less water than the old outboard. When we saw the wake as your missus was boarding, Ian and I had that Naked Gun "smell of fear moment." Have added an anode, and are looking to rig up a temp bodge flush system but will prob add a heat exch over the winter.....Did u buy a boat?

As for the boardies, don't feel we know to much about what we are doing to be wearing shorts yet (we are also age 40+).

Thanks everyone else for all of the help particularly Jay aka Saltwater, and Towerboy Mike, you are both welcome to ride on the Conwy if u are in the area....
