Default Trailer

I need a new trailer, prob go to this local place unless theres any where else online to check out?

also need help deciding between rollers or bar sleepers type?

Its for a sport boat, 14ft, 50hp outboard

Rollers or bunks depends on where you launch.

Steep ramp and bunks are better, shallow ramp then rollers are the way to go.

You'll most likely get a cheap trailer on ebay. I'd suggest looking at getting one of the many cheap US spec trailers many of the dealers sell off cheap as they are non braked but a 14ft with a 50hp is going to be well below the UK limit of 750KG.

i launch quite a shallow ramp in a sea, ive had a look on ebay but didnt find much, it would cost aroudn £500-600 for a brand new one at this local place

Thats not a bad price if its galvanised and includes rollers.

I ride on the sea and the beach I launch at is great at low tide as its nice and steep but at high tide I have to reverse my car so deep the water is at the height of the bumper because of how shallow the water is.

My trailer has bunks but I will be changing to a roller trailer at some point to make launching easier.
