Ive just got a Nissan Navara double cab. I am very impressed with it that has all the toys and auto as well. got that because of tax reasons and i much prefer it to the ml merc i had.with the snug top on the back its huge.

Jason - just got Leanda a grand cherokee on a 99 v plate a couple of weeks ago. Its great from the point of view of carting the kids around and all that family stuff. it has everyrthing you could think of as an extra barr sat nav /dvd screens etc, so they represent good value. However, being 4ltr petrol It will be doing well to average 20mpg! the other thing with them is parts can be expensive, just got a quote for a full service at £425 from a main dealer and £315 from manasfield 4 x4 at manningtree

I can live with as a second car but wouldnt want to have to use it everyday, I think the warriors look good and the tax breaks make them even sweeter.

Just need to get a tow bar fitted to the cherokee now.

yes he is, its goingto be 6 times what it is now.so the tax you will pay on a commercial is £900. instead of £150. but still better than approx £6000, for the merc ml. (their still thieving ba*#*#ds)

Just bought a Discovery 3.9V8 for towing my MC. Its on lpg so it cheap to run and it has all the toys on it.

Best thing is they are dirt cheap to buy and easy to fix

So can anyone point out the pros and cons of the Navara Double Cab versus the Toyota Hilux and Mitsu L200 ?

Had a look round a Navara at the weekend and it looked very nice... have also nosed in a L200 which looked a bit small for my needs, haven't been inside a Hilux however.
