VW Touareg, there's a reasonable number of s/h ones around now if you don't want to pay new prices. Excellent low ratio box and trick diffs, unburstable diesel engines and an excellent V8 (petrol) if you really want it. Superb on road, very good indeed off road, especially if you put the HR rated General Grabbers on and they include a 12v electric pump in the tool kit so that you can let pressure out of the tyres for stuff like sand (better contact area) and then pump them up again with minimun of agg! Very high towing weight as well.
