Hey,

Easy as pie - especially since all these split charging kits came to market.

Buy a split charging kit (I sell them for £45 but you may be able to source one online cheaper; take your pick).

Then hook up an extra battery (one battery connected to main power feeds, the second one running your accessories). Very simple to wire and work as follows:

When engine is running both batteries see a charge from the alternator, when you switch off the engine, a solenoid switch will will isolate one battery; this allows your audio and amp to run independantly. If this drains it's no big deal.

Once you turn the key the solenoid closes and allows both batteries to see charge, and thus allowing your boat to start.

Nice thing is it's all automatic - no fuss or worries

I can install this for you at a small charge or you can do it yourself. If DIY here's your shopping list:
1 x Battery (£70-£180)
1 x Split charging Kit (£45 ish)
2 x Battery terminals (£6ea)
4m of 2 Gauge power wire (£4 per metre)

I'd advise the best battery you can afford (optima ideally.. about £170) for long life and quality but thats your call.

I have some heavy duty 200 amp batteries that I sell for £80 each (triple standard size so you'll need a big place to keep em!)

Sorry if I have appeared to be on the sell... just re-read my message and looks a little shop keeper style but meh :P

Good luck!

Mike
