Default Boat cover cord ratchet

Now that I've got 'Bob' into the water again I'm having difficulty getting the cord around the cover tight enough... groveling on the platform whilst it's raining wasn't pleasant.

I'm guessing some form of ratchet device would help me tighten the cover cord fast.. anyone got a suggestion of a suitable device and where to purchase it?
