Don’t bother with Crowthers in Oldham, I’ve been in today with a Maristar prop & a Prostar prop. They didn’t want to know about the four blader off the Maristar and said if they did do it they wouldn’t guarantee it

To lighten the gloom over broken boats I impressed everyone in the marina with my attempt to check out the prop using swim goggles and just dipping my head under the water from the platform... Apart from seeing a jelly fish swimming past I couldn't make out the prop as the water was very cloudy.. oh, yeah I looked stylish and achieved nothing.

Think I'll book the boat in to be lifted and cleaned then once we've got the prop fixed I'll pikey a launch at the nearest safe slipway...

Me and the missus are officially covering Wakestock this weekend for the website so the boat can wait a week or so... I hear the weather is due to be like the South of France for this coming weekend... any other wakechatters going to be at Wakestock, be nice to put faces to logins..?

If the sea where you are is anything like it is here then I understand why you couldn't see the prop.
To be honest even if it was crystal clear it can somethings be hard to spot a bend from a log as they tend to put a slight bend in the blade rather than an obvious ding.

I'll make wakestock one year, just not this year
