Thumbs up (2007) 230 Sea Ray Select

Everybody talks about how good their tige is or there supra but you never hear anything about a Sea Ray. So i say this baby is a beauty. The 230 Sea Ray select, ya its not a mastercraft, but it is a sweet boat to wakeboard behind. 2 fat sacs in the back and one in the front and you have pretty fricken gnarley ride. Just thought i would support the Sea Ray and get the word out.....

For 2008 Sea Ray are doing to special editions on the 210 and 230 select - 230/210 Fission, both look pretty sweet boats - only thing that they should consider doing is fitting a balast tank to them.

I have a 2006 Sea ray 200 select , it does fine for me, I'm no pro.

Got 240kg of fat sacs in the front, would like more, but its a pain in the arse filling and emptying the sacs, even with a tsunami pump.

Wake is perfectly acceptable with that weight and 3 or 4 people, a touch wide though. Very sensitive to speed though, about 22mph seems optimum, starts to wash out below this, or shrink at speeds above this.

wake's not as good a a dedicated wakeboat though, but even if it was it wouldnt make me a better rider.
