thanks for all the tips.
I'm surprised that buying small spare parts in the US still makes financial sense. I got hit with the fixed 40-odd quid VAT/customs handling charge when I bought my prop on ebay.com. I assume you would get hit by that charge ordering from BAM too so, unless the part is over 150quid don't you loose much of the cost saving? The parts in question are the two trim motor relays by the way. |

I got charged £22.10 on my hall sensor ($123.00 value inc delivery) I've bought a bit of stuff from the states and only ever been charged a percentage of it's value, never a fixed fee.
For relays, I would think a decent auto electrician could find them for you, assuming they aren't anything particualrly special. |
