Just back from the valley after a few hours riding, my word the water's as cold as it was at the end of november when i last went. Not many peope up there, when i left few kids havin some fun,think wee man was frightened of getting cold.Hopefully my hands and feet will warm up soon.
Hoping that the weathers better for next weekend.

Was there yesterday too, pretty nice i thought, water was very cold, but the sun made it bearable.

Had a good day at the valley on saturday, water had gone from 6c 29-03-08 to 10c 05-04-08. And the sun came out which was good. Might be warm enough to put a shortie on this coming weekend.

I was there Saturday too. I must admit that I was glad of the cold water when I dropped my wakeboard on my foot - I was too numb to feel the pain! Feeling it now though!

I'm waiting to get out on the boat before i hit the cable. I am too nesh for any (outdoor) temperature below 13degs!

Forecast this weekend looks like its gonna hit a high of 12 so... another weekend without a ride and cheese and chips at sheff. Come on english weather, this time last year it was nearing 20degs if i remember rightly.

ooh i just bought a new winter oneil Psycho 2 wetsuit too, so really i should be fine in the cold... But im still scared!

Think we'll be lucky to get temp above 8c on sat at the valley.
Showed people photos i'd taken of Keith Hooks and other notts lads and nobody could beleive the blue sky in the pictures.

Faceplant, ouch, did that myself at the end of the season bloody hurt.

Synliz, stop being a wimp and get yourself down the valley, i'll hold your hand if you like, no need to be scared.
