Air Nautiques Open Wakeboard Championships 2007

Saturday 30th June promises a great day of wakeboarding action with plenty of entertainment at Liquid Leisure’s amazing Wakeboard facility in Datchet, Berkshire. Liquid Leisure in association with Slice Sports and Media are pleased to announce the Air Nautiques Open Wakeboard Championships 2007.
The competition is open to all rider categories with male and female participants covering all age groups from Groms (under 10 years) through to Professional riders competing for a cash prize and is fully sanctioned by Wakeboard UK.
Heats will be held from 8 am with the finals starting at 4pm. The competition is followed by an awards presentation at 8 pm, and a Corona Extra Beach Party at 8:30 pm with an Invitational Kicker Competition at 9 pm in front of the main party area. There will also be a Bungee Jump during the day (bookings to be made at www.ukbungee.co.uk).
Entries cost £30 and are due by 26th June 2007. All entries received after the 26th will cost £40. The entry form is enclosed or can be downloaded from Liquid Leisure - waterski and wakeboard school.
Other sponsors of the event include Relentless, Corona Extra, Ronix Wakeboards and JL Audio.
The event will also be filmed and shown on the Channel 4 Freesports programme at a later date to be confirmed.

Prize Money: Pro Mens: 1st Place = £400, 2nd Place = £100, 3rd Place = £50.
Pro Women: 1st Place = £300, 2nd Place = £100, 3rd Place = £50.
1080 Spinout (6 selected riders): $1080 US dollars for anyone who rides a 1080 off the kicker.
