You could also try TWSC which is by Junction 12 of the M4 (it's the lake that you can see the from the Motorway).
Membership is £230 per year but then you get a 10 min tow for £5.80 behind a new Malibu with Monster Tower and Fat Sac's which churns out a pretty good wake. Check out http://www.twsc.org.uk if your intrested
