late post but just saw the vid- looks like some russian gymnast got himself some street moves and is doing 'parkour'- street gymnastics..
the tunes called 'clubbed to death' by rob d (rob dougans).. also used in the matrix... in future try shazam (2580 on your mobile) for tune train spottering...

thats awesome, i love it, that takes some guts to do that **** over land....i really shouldnt be scared to do it over water anymore huh.
