I don't know if anybody has seen this, but it's very cool. I don't know how it works, but the license plate characters fade in and out.

yeah seen them before. there old loads of people used to have them there not ilegal to have on your car but are if u use them (obstructing the number plate/ number plate must be clear and visable at all time). but lots of them were faulty and when u go over speed humps they go off without u knowing until u get pulled by the police and get a £300 fine and 3 points on ur license!
