Weather and Tide Data

I'm trying to tie in weather and tide data to our places to ride listings. Has anyone seen any online feeds for tide data as it's proving tricky to find. Also, anyone know of cheap weather feeds (rss/xml/webservice) as the MET office ones aren't priced for non-profits...

There's a webcam here - good for checking sea state on the south coast:

and http://easytide.ukho.gov.uk/Easytide...ide/index.aspx

Don't think these count as feeds though?.....no idea what that means. Bit blonde when it comes to things like that!
