Only if they log on from a single machine with it's own IP... otherwise It's easy to block a whole bunch of people who share a proxy.

I won't go into how the blocking works fully but it's pretty configurable but always needs humans to keep and eye out for rogue users :cry:

Its easy to chage proxy too, u can change it on tools!!!
