Wow, excellent results . Fantastic to see Mark Rossiter get that Open Men gold, with Nicola Butler gold in Open Ladies and Nick Davies gold in Junior Men. Well done to everyone else too, we're proud of you!

We'll have full results and some more words online at News - Wakeboard UK once the official results are posted by the IWSF.

Stew, cool to see that last minute trip paid off!

Finally thanks to Nick for the day by day results, I'm sure it was a pain to track down an internet connection during the contest.

I had a mobile internet vodafone thing so it wasn't too bad just had to get in a queue to use my own laptop whilst the kids checked on msn. all the full results and positions are now on IWSF-EAME Wakeboard Council Official Website Mark Rossiters run was probably the best run he has ever put down under pressure after seeing Clayton and Faccio ride. watching him before his run on the dock he was (appeared to be) extremely calm no nerves and just took it in his stride. Interesting to look at the obstacle scores for the british riders. this is where we really picked up a lot of points, especially the cable riders. Personally , not sure if so much emphasis should be put on obstacles in a boat comp, but it was good for us. one of the last things i heard on the sunday was a group of south african riders saying they were going to spend a lot more time at the cable!! I will try and post a few pics up in the next couple of days, the graphics on the x star were awesome.

And the blow-by-blow account from Nick, great article.

Nick Carter Reports on the 2007 EAME Championship Success - Wakeboard UK

We're adding pictures to the report on a daily basis, deciding that it was better to get the article online with a growing array of inline photos than wait a week or so for us to complete the page 100%. Excellent words by Nick and great photos too, thanks to wakeywakey.

All the photos are available in the Wakeboard UK photo gallery: .Mac Web Gallery

If you have any images of Wakeboard UK events feel free to wing them my way to go on the gallery.
