ride your edge all the way up the wake ,,flaten out just before the wake and you lose you pop,,no need to try to push off the wake ,,just ride the edge all the way up and the pop will be there,,

Also, keep your line tension as you progress through the wake, keep the handle low and your chest up.

try different boards as well. 3 stage rocker produces a lot more pop than a continous rocker board.

will having a tower built on to my boat give me more height? im just using a ski-pole at the mo and im only getting 2 / 3 feet of air. is this down to the pole/my style/size of wake or all 3??? :?

no,,towers dont (give) you more air,, it's like the old saying nothing comes for free,,towers will (allow) you more air,,but you still have to earn it by getting good pop,,as for your pole and size of wake,,yes that could be a factor in getting huge air but not as important as hitting the wake properly for good pop,,basicly a man could spend 50,000 dollars on some fancy mastercraft,,or ski nautique,,,and load it down with 3000 pounds of fat sacs,,but if he aint getting good pop then he aint getting good air,,,
