Default Struggling with the switch.............

went out yesterday, cant seem to do it anymore, it drove me mad. Nice and easy pull the bar to the hip and wham face full of the wet stuff. I feel really unstable at the point of the switch, its a pain cos I never really had too much of a problem with it until yesterday!!! Any tips?

Ross

totally understand the problem. feels so un-natural. what helps tho is practising on land. tie a rope with handle to a tree or something and then try replicating the body position and feel of riding in you normal stance on your switch. i find that helps...

Let go with your rear hand and surf the face of the wake on both sides. Do this enough, and you will develop the balance and feel for switch.
