Default cable railyes

when doing this......I understand the progressive edge, but would you laung yourself in any way to help it along or do you just keep edging when the cable went round the corner untill it yanks you up.

I am sure it all happens very quick so what about the landing.Do you hvae to pull the handle towars your hips from the stretched out position or will thi sjust fall in place as you come down.

how would I know when it is going to happen and if its the first time what to expect

Have a word with the pro riders at your local cable they know what they're doing and should be happy to help you. I went to the raley clinic at Wake mk which was run by Dave Ingham and he had us in the air within the first hour. Unfortuanetely Dave has now left so not sure if the clinic at the end of september is going to happen
