Default how do i work out if im goofy or regular?

hey, ive been told to do the thing were somone pushes you from behind when im not ready for it but its diffrent each time!

any suggestions?

p.s never been snowboarding i can barley stand on a skateboard....let alone move.

HELP!!!!!

Just try both ways, you never know you might be just as good both ways in which case im jelous.

you will probably find you will just try one way when getting up with out realising.
