Default what the hell??

alright so i am pretty new with wakeboarding and i was wondering how do you ollie or jump when wakeboarding? i skateboard, so is the jumping in wakeboarding the same as jumping in skateboarding, or ollieing?

I don't know if I do it technically right, but I usually bend my knees a lot and lower my body and then jump with my front foot leading...if that makes any sense. I've never skateboarded, so I dont' know if the two compare.

You dont jump to get air. Its the same as a trampolene.
