What board/bindings can I get..?

Hi guys/gals..

I am new to the sport of wakeboarding and would really like to get into it more.. I attended a Protest clinic and absolutely loved it...so..my next question is....what board/bindings to get...My fiance has offered to buy both for me as a wedding gift and I was wondering if you could recommmend one for me to get....??

I have lessons booked at Thorpe in July (Stag weekend..Mine!!!!) and would like to use my new board etc then..

Maybe someone on here works at Thorpe and could help me out??

I am 5'9 and weigh around 12 stone if that helps??

Try a few before you buy - you'll probably be surprised at the difference you will notice. Ask the guys at the cable too.

couple of suggestions.
Hyperlite State in a 135 if you are just ridin cable as its been the best selling model in Hyperlites range of boards for the last 2 years and is a good board thats quite forgiving. Liquidforce Team 139 as the 134 is possibly a bit small, another good cable board though and a good price this year.
Depend on your budget but if you want any info give us a shout.
