This is to help me choose my own board, and to help my customers choose theirs. If a persons weight falls in the "overlap" of 2 different boards of the same model (Lets say I am towards the high end of a 136 and towards the lower end of a 141) what advantage/dis-advantage would I have with each? Would I have less response with more stability with the larger board.....etc?
I have wakeboarded in the past but am still new, and this delima is driving me insane. Thanks all...... |

The best way to choose your board is to try some out and see what feels right for you. Go to a demo day and use a variety of boards to see what you feel most comfortable on. There will be plenty of people to guide you on the day to make sure you get the most suitable board for you.
A lot of the demo days have been delayed due to stock dribbling into the shops from suppliers. WakeMK should be having theres on sunday 6th May if you fancy trying some double up, jstar, liquid force or schnitzel out. hope that helps a bit. remember that some boards also come in 137-140 so you're not just stuck with the choice of 136 or 141. |

I guess it is depending on the individuals skill level and what they will be using it for.
Longer can be more forgiving for less experienced riders. Shorter can be better for cable. |
