Liquidmilitia, with all due respect I do believe you are talking bollox when you claim to have " outgrown " the Litmus........You may have got BORED with it, but outgrown? Doing a surface 3 is not outgrowing a board. If it is, then someone should have a quiet word with Mr Schmidt who uses the Litmus throughout the instructional DVD "the book".

To be fair I aint seen him bang out a surface 3 on it...... only beginners tricks like 911's and blind judges whilst the film crew in the boat shout, " Come on schmidt, pucker up and throw that surface 3.."

Oh, and the Team is a CONTINUOUS rocker......unless liquid force have got it wrong.....

choose a board with a more rounded off nose and tail, not one with more intricate cuts, that makes for a less forgiving board

Both this months Wakeboard and Alliance Magazine have got board buyers guides in them. Wakeboard Magazine even has a small section on good boards for the beginner.

hey Banthefashion,
kicking taken with due grace. It was late and i was wrong in a lot of what i said. Yes the Team is a continuous aggressive and not as i said a 3 stage. I am not arrogant enough to state that i have 'outgrown' the ltmus so yes it is more that i have got bored of the board. It is a great board and i know exactly why Kyle is still using it as the training board at the Wakeboard Camp and wouldn't have a bad word said about it. The only 3 stage boards i have used are the CWB Transcend and i think the flame was a 3 stage too.

For surface tricks the Litmus lets you feel like a master, the day i got it two years ago i pulled my first surface 3 and since then a w2w 3. It has a seriously light swing weight and it is really easy to keep hold of sketchy landings.

I guess what would be a more valid point would be that i am moving on from this board because i want to challenge myself a bit more.
