Angry Och

Here is a word of caution to all, i was out last weekend with Cadan behind his boat on a skate, not done to badly. However this time as the boat was turning i was going a little to fast for me so i let go of the handle so i didn't fall and hurt myself to much. My problems then began, i thought i would slow down before i got to the river bank, BIG MISTAKE on my part, i ended up going up a small beach area and hit the river bank at between 15-20 mph. I knocked myself out, broke my left ankle, right elbow and right wrist, a nice patch of gravel rash on the left side of my face, knocked a tooth out of place and i think i've done something to my left shoulder but i'll have that checked out on wednesday when i'm back at the fracture clinic. I'm now in plaster for the next 6 weeks min and then i'll end up having rehab. But i've learned a lesson, fall in the water before i get to the bank next time.

I once watched a wakeboarder behind a winch ride up the bank and into a metal fence at about 15 miles an hour. He didnt do anything too major though so was just funny.

Dude,

that sucks!!! I have almost gone into a bed of reads and had to do an emergency ass slap...

Look after yourself, don't try and rush the recovery, and hopefully you will be back to 100%!!!

All the best,
