Default Board...

Hello!
I need some board advice as I haven't got a clue where to start.
I'd like a board for a boat but am not sure what kind of board I should be looking for.
Please help!!!

Hi
welcome !
Boards are generally sold depending on your weight, height & general ability, where you are going to ride IE mainly cable / boat etc & where you want to head performance wise. can you provide a little more info ? then I am sure people will offer their personal opinions on boards they ride for you to give you an idea.
Kind regards

Lesley

Thanks guys.
Ok, i am a beginner, I have tried 2 boards, one is for people shorter than me which i can switch on but feel unconfident on and manage to fall off even in quite a straight line. Another board I have tried I just won't spin round to switch and feel fairly confident on this but would like to have a board I can use to do more than cross the wake. I would like to be of a resonable abililty but am not looking to be seriously good... I'm 5ft 10 - 5ft 11ish & will mainly be using boats and am thinking about occasional cable.
Is that enough info?!!
