Default Skate wanted!

Spent last summer out in greece and was out on the skate for a lot of it, had a few goes on a Hyperlite karma and loved it, although also really enjoyed riding the basic wooden skate. by the end i was wake to wake etc and was wondering if any body has one for sale or knows of any good deals.
prob want about 110 ish...im about 14.5 stone 6 ft.

Hi Chris i have got a few skates if you want to take and play with them, dont necessarily want to sell any but they are not being used so welcome to use them . i have a goodwood, a basic wood hyperlite and a bi-level. p.m. me your mobile and i can arrange.to drop them over.

the Gate/Karma was a gimicky skate designed to appeal to rich kids. The extended kicktails on it made no difference to the ride, despite Hyperlite saying it would double the size of your ollie's and that nollie's would be possible. (never gonna happen on water!)
If you're new to it then look at the Gator Boards wooden skates, they're really affordable and good shapes as well. Liquid Force have great boards too but they're not very strong and won't last long.
have fun dude, and if you can take up Nick's offer t ride some other decks, you should try out as much as you can to see what fits your riding style best.

Ive got a gator impalla and im pretty pleased with it. Last years one is on sale at Tantrum. I origionally made the rookie mistake of blowing 100 quid on a cheap foam wooden obrien deck. As soon as i rode my mates integrity that heap of **** obrien went right out of the window.
