If your want a fully tailored drysuit get a hammond. I have a couple of these but a bit pricey.

Lots of cheap alternatives out there from most of the wetsuit manufacturers.

Somepeople wear a "wooly bear" under their suit. Its like a adult tog suit. I prefer some tracksuit bottoms and a sweat shirt though.

As well as hammond look at a Gryphon

If its good enough for the world barefoot champion ( whose also a pretty good wakeboarder) you should have no problems.

Options include - double seals, built in feet and built in gloves.................

ad over

Riding with the O'neil drysuit, not that cold yet, but great if your in the boat all day, stops any wind chill. No feet in mine so can use my Exo's bindings as normal. The wife as a Typhone racer with built in feet, and she can still get into her sphinx binding with a little lube.

They both were around the £200, and so far we think, well worth it.
