Default Dam saltwater

just took my boat out of the saltwater after leaving it in for 3 weeks and found my hull has been nicely stainned by the sea. any tips for getting it back to white? say i use like a fiberglass t-cut should i do it now and give the boat a good wax or do it at the end of the season when i winterize her?

also anyone got any idea how much those hydrallic boat lifts cost?

Starbrite instant hull cleaner is what you need. After presure washing any barnicles and growth of simply wipe this on and after a few seconds the stain disapears. Then just hose it down.

i use stuff called Y10 - great stuff. Usually do it at the end of the season and then polish the underside.

Sno-bowl toliet cleaner or sani-flush will do the trick and at a fraction of the price of proprietery cleaners. Any product conatining Muriatic acid will clean the hull but be sure to get a good coat of wax on afterwards.

Get a product that contains oxalic acid. We've had some nasty rust marks on the boat for years that I managed to remove yesterday with a fibreglass cleaner, cant remember what its called though, sorry.
