You should be able to get it powder coated for about £30. Look in your local yellow pages.
Other cheaper options include sanding it down and polishing it up (easy enough to do with a hand drill and attatchments but very long winded) or sanding it down and spray painting it (you need a etch primer to prevent it peeling though)
