I'm trying to get the Bayliner Capri I bought last year on ebay ready for boarding on the sea....I guess its about time
While the tarpaulin its under is enough to keep it dry(ish) on land I need to try and fit a proper bow and tonneau cover that can be folded or extended while at sea to deal with the occasional shower/waves Has anyone got any suggestions for: - the best setup for a tonneau cover with a (skyjac) wakeboard tower (ie. does the aluminium frame fit with the tower?) - Do I need to get this custom made or do does anyone have more cost-effective suggestions? thanks, wakebert picture of the boat (hopefully) attached...its my first post here! |

Hmm you have several options..
if you need an overall cover just trawl ebay and grab a decent universal cover... about 30-60 quid. you can modify it with a sewing machine and some similar fabric to go round the tower feet or just live with it not doing so - your call. as for a bimini you'll be looking at about £500 for a specific sized one which will mount to your tower feet and be quick release with a boot to fold it up into and some ties to keep it in place on your tower. Hope that helps a little. Mike |
