Default Cable Wakeboarding at TNS, in Toulouse

Has anyone been over to the cable in Toulouse?? What's it like?? How far from the airport?? Basically is it worth a cheeky Easyjet flight over for a long weekend??

Cheers

Draz

Yes its defo worth the trip. Its about 15mins from the airport and there's a campsite next to it. I'm gonna be popping over there a couple of times this summer maybe see you there ;-)

Are there any hotels/bars/clubs near the lake or is it best to have a car and stay closer to town?

I'm fairly certain you would be better off hireing a car and staying closer to the center for more night life. (I've never stayed by the lake at night but its right on the outskirts). Most of the cable team speak excellent english though, so you could ring and ask them.

i was possibly thinking about maybe getting down there this summer . Being a regular footer its something i've wanted to try for years but not been able to becuase of time/money constraints .

when i was costing it up sleazyjet or similar , (think it might have been BMIbaby) were coming in at about £60 .

dogpoo , i take it you've been , are you a regular footer ? do you think it was worth it , are there any places to stay like cheapy hotels etc (formula 1's i think they're called)

One thing to watch out for at the toulouse cable is the do-as-you-likies. lots of them there and lots of car break ins I have heard. dont want to put any one off but be careful what you leave in your motor. and your better off sleeping in your car than a cheap French hotel most of them are toilets.
