Hi again,

We've got something pretty set now in spain, we just need to give dates of when to do it.

We're thinking we should hold it next summer in the 2nd & 3rd weeks of june. The only problem with this is the time of the nationals.

Does anyone have a problem with these two weeks, because if not i'm gonna have to go and book it up.

Obviously with the nationals being a shorter event and bookable at a later stage could we organise the couple of days around the holiday??

someone get back to me cause i really don't want to book it over the nationals to end up getting screwed because everones at the nationals.

I know at plymouth we are done by the end of may so i am sure i can generate some interest within hte club. As for the nationals, well i guess we will just to have to organise them around the holiday maybe hold nationals a bit earlier anyway like during term, maybe easter or something so that students who work a way for the summer can come?

hello again,

good point carlos, right we've pretty much decided that we're gonna say the last two weeks of june.

this hopefully gives enough time for people to finish and also have a week in between to perhaps hold the nationals.

if anyone agrees/disagrees let me know asap cause i'm gonna book up the slots in the next week.
