Will also let the club know about the holiday when i email round. Unfortunately i don't think i'll be able to go as have a serious lack of funds at the moment and had to beg borrow and steal for the ski trip already.
The mailing list sounds like a good idea because even when we were organising the nationals last year trying to find each uni wakeboard clubs updated contact details was a nightmare. If people could sign themselves up for it on here it would be so much easier.

Hi, I've created a new ukuniriders mailing list which can be subscribed to at:

http://wakemail.net/mailman/listinfo...s_wakemail.net

We need to pick someone to moderate the mailing list to stop junk mail, spam and such like from being sent out to list members.

Are you guys able to nominate someone to do this job? I can do it for a couple of weeks if you need time to get used to the mailing list system and pick a suitable volunteer.

Also, as time goes we can always add an announcement mailing list if required.. we'll start with a general list and take it from there. ;-)
