starting a uni wakeboard team

hey guys,
i'm currently at winchester uni and seeing as its so close to the sea i'm suprised we have no wakeboard soc. so i'm planning to start one myself

could anyone tell me what requirements are needed for teams, how you get your training done, what kind of level teams compete at, and generally how much a years worth of wakeboarding would cost?

i've been riding 3 years so have a decent knowledge and lots of time as a driver, so would be able to hopefully train a couple of guys up to an acceptable level
