Are tight bindings bad?

How tight should your bindings be?I use lf ultra sucs,they are really snug and comfy when they are on,but its a bugger to get them on and even harder to get them off!is this dangerous?my mates keep saying i`m gunna end up with broken ankles,witch is a bit offputting,should your board come off every time you have a big stack?my mates use plush pro`s but after using ultra sucs the plush pro`s seem loose and non supportive! but they are very easy to get off, how tight should they be? :?: ?

I've got some 2k3 Ultra Suc's, and they feel a bit tight for me, but I've decided to ride them in. I've only ever had just one foot come out, and that's the main cause of breaks imo.

They are loosening up a bit now though, And they will come off in a big stack..

Alternatively, if you decide to loosen them, Gordo is the guy to speak to..

i got some suction exos and there a bitch when it comes to pullen them off but there spossed to be snug and there not really ever spoosed to pop off unless you catch an edge.Also its pretty hard to break and ankle pullen them out, you can always stick some binding lube in there as well
