ok cool, is there anywhere to demo the boards at the boat show? yeah i will have to get some decent bingings to....expensive sport!

You can ride behind the xstar cant you? www.wake-riders.com
£30 for 3 hours if you have your own equipment.

i have been riding behind an x5, that seems pretty good but then im not good enough to judge really!

hmm...i could get a board now, but not sure if its worth it for the amount of season left, plus id have to by impact jacket and wetsuit myself, and id hoped they could have prime place on my christmas list!

when do you start again next year? feb/march?

Hey guys,
Had a quick browse of the thread:
The boat at Ivy/Ellingham lake is an old Ski Nautique.
Its cool for learning, and big enough as the boat is weighted down.
(the new lake is deeper so the wake is even better now, the double-ups rock!) I think new boats are being priced up as we speak... so I'll let you know.

I did have an Evo, which is a great board, with Parks bindings for Sale but it did get snapped up....
