Thorpe Riders!

Lo People. Just wanted to get to know people on the forums, especially people who ride at thorpe. As i am getting into the sport and hoping to be a fully fledged boarder soon. There isnt really anywhere to go where I live (in sussex) so i shall probably be migrating to Thorpe as much as possible to do some quality learning. So i just wonna get to know anyone who boards there so that I can chat to them about the sport and learn from them and hopefully have some friends for when i start going up to thorpes :lol:
:idea: please reply cos i got no one to go boarding with, i love u all in (a non homo way) and am willing to share my last rolo with u all. Well one of u anyway!

glad to hear you have got into the sport - be carefull as it will shortly take over your life....

i have ridden out at thorpe a couple of times now and generally been pretty impressed with the setup although as i havent been to another park i have nothing really to compare it to. everyone there is really chatty at i have met some wicked boarders who always happy to guide the inexperienced like me!

one thing i have learnt is that you can easily be dissapointed there.....cable stops working, long ques, etc, etc

i live in london during the week but have a place down in west susex for the weekends and keep my boat on hayling island near chichester so i only use thorpe when i have to stay in london, gf's orders, and there is no chance of getting the boat out.

how long does it take u to get to thorpe then?
