ok this won't last for more hten like a week but you should just make one out of ply!

I got two pieces of 3 ply and some wood glue, put them together and then clamped the 2 bits to another thick piece of ply and stuck a big bit of 2x2" in the middle - this gave me th ebend and then i just let it set.
the next day i unlmaped my new bit of laminated ply which ha d anice rocker on it (ok it was way to bent!) i then just grip-taped it and drilled some hole sthru for some fins, i just used old lttle 1.25"'s on each end.

Viola! a wakeskate! at least it will give you an idea and then if you like your new board which cost about £10 go out and buy a proper one (that won't come apart after 3 pulls and float away  )

Mike

Good work tower boy, cheers for the advice. Moving house and I have a coffee table that looks like it could have a nice roker with a bit of trimming, so i'll let you know.
Otherwise the Visa could be coming out for an end of season ride..... :?
