Default Wakeskate video/dvd? Suggestions...

I'm looking to get a wakeskate vid as a Christmas present for a fellow boarder. Can anyone recommend a cutting edge video that's available at a shop in the UK?

Hiya Jeremy

..... as you can guess I would recommend SNAP, which I know Princes has in stock at the moment

I saw some of it being filmed when I was at the Wakeboard Camp it was pretty impresive stuff ...... plus it's also instructional ... you cant go wrong.

Cheers

Rich

I would second that on F4A.. it's the only wakeboard vid I've watched over and over. The soundtrack is good enough to listen to independently of the action and the riding is awesome, with stunning filmwork by the Bump Films crew.

Default Does anyone know of any wakeskate movies? (Other than Snap)

I think the question should be, does anyone know of any other wakeskate movies, other than Snap?

I have seen Snap (not all of it though). It is a compilation of a lot of camcorder type footage gathered from many of the top American wakeskaters over a resonable period of time. This is good because people aren't landing kickflips everyday and you can get some idea of where the sport is at in the States. You must also remember that it is an instructional film not entirely action based, which could be good or bad depending on what you are looking for. It is a Bump Films release which have always been quality in the past, but don't expect the smooth film sequences like in The Faction.

Free4All is again a Bump Films release and I would truely recommend it. Check out the http://www.bumpfilms.com for all these trailers.
