Where to ride in the South of France ?????

I'm gonna be spending some time in the south of france next year, bout an hour north of Toulouse. Can anyone recomend a good place to ride round there?

I know therre's a cable place in Toulouse itself. Does anyone know of any clubs with decent boats ? In particular has anyone boarded at the SKI NAUTIQUE CLUB DE MOISSAC ?

Cheers - It's funny you should mention that. I've already earmarked it as I'll be over that way surfing. It'll take ~3Hours to get there so I'm trying to find out if there's anywhere closer by for those cheaky 1/4hour slots, slipped in when your meant to be shopping for croissants and inflamed goose liver or whatever they eat.
