doh ! instructional yes - ,I was really struggling with my wake2wake 180's and then I was recommended HE and 2 or 3 runs later whey hey - completed

Paul you ride Windermere ??
what pulls you ? I am on there when the weather is better - last year was my 1st year ridin, we had a jet ski at first and then progressed to boat - we are there most weekends, caravan just outside windermere

Anyone know where i can get this DVD in the UK. Everywhere i've tried can only supply the VHS version.

have a look at this - if not your local shop should have one for you - i found it very usefull, it tells / shows you things which are common sense but you need them pointing out - if ya know what i mean
