Default Sliders at Thorpe?

Hey

Does anyone know if all the sliders / ramps / kickers are in at Thorpe yet this year? Went there a few times last year and they weren't always in.

Need to start nailing those tricks!

Cheers.

Was down there on Sunday .... they haven't got much in the water at the moment.

They've got the Mark Warner slider (aka the sprite slider) and a new slider going over the old ski jump. They only have one small kicker in the water at the moment which is near the beach.

Hopefully they will have more in soon, the Beetle ect.... are all dismantled sitting on the side at the moment.

I go down to thorpe every week, and at the mo they've only got the kickers and sliders that Mcsqueeb said they've got in, but wen they start to open all week again, then hopefully they will put more stuff back in, and hopefully they will start to open all week during easter or shortly after!!!
And check out the Uni baordriders forum if u got time. see whats goin on in the university wakeboarding world!!! Cheers

Default Sliders

Hi all,

Just been down to JB, looks like they are refurbing all the sliders and they should be back in the water pretty soon. i hear a new beginner slider is being built with a nice gentle ride up onto it, should be good for all you budding sliders out there. The "sprite" must be pretty intimidating for a 1st time slider!
