My tip is make sure you have enough weight on your front foot. The last one I did I ended up going high, laying out, but I realised it had gone wrong as I was staring at the sky!

The huge impact on my head also confirmed this fact
It had started off OK, but I had starting rolling over in the air and couldn't stop it

I heard somewhere that if you don't get your feet back under you before landing a raley and you just fall straight on to the water while still holding on to the handle then your board can catch an edge on the water and you can dislocate your knees and tear something and you might not be able to wakeboard again . Is this true?? I really want to try a raley at some point because they look really cool but I'm worried about this.

If your worried about loosing the bottom half of your body You can always try and perfect the trick on a skate first. . . . . . . Trust me it can still hurt though.

Was reading the other day that the easiest way to learn them is off the starting dock. is this true??

Best thing to do is to watch and ask someone who is consistantly landing them, then go out double with them.

The most important things are to :
1) understanding the cut
2) understand how to throw the trick
3) Going for it 100%
4) Forget about the approaching corner
