There's a club in Bungay sulfolk that used to have about 20 boarders go down there. Most have found alternatives as the club was more 'Ski orientated'. A lot of them were from around Framlingham. Which isn't a million miles away.

Sounds like a decent location to attract boarders from essex too. There's no where thats any good for boarding in sulfolk or essex. Unless you own 'Heveningham Hall'. Them guys must have the best boarding location in Britain. Private lake infront of the hall with a PHAT X2 sat there and a rake of sliders and stuff. *** You need to be inviting me down for the weekend guys !!!!! - please. . . oh go on.***

I'm pretty sure I know where you're thinking about and I don't think you're the only person looking at this

If it does go ahead get a propper boat don't p1ss about. People won't travel or pay if they can ride close by on a simlar boat for £5 a go !

Good Luck

cheer for replies..

yeah those ~@{*?'s down at heveningham have an awesome set up am trying to get in there at the moment!

So where is this proposed lake in Suffolk? Is it the one at Snoasis? If it is i get the impression that won't be going ahead...

Keep the feedback comin though.

Cheers

SC

A fresh water lake in suffolk would be awesome - much better than messing aroung with tides, choppy water, ridicously early mornings, sailing tw*ts, jelly fish, salt water etc....

In fact, i will get my digger, just point me the way!

Reckon you could pull in a large threshold of the east anglian population - suffolk, essex and norfolk (as long as they have realised the world doesnt end after the A12!).

Bring it on!

yeah it is the one at snoasis.
I havent heard that it isnt going ahead. its a few years away anyway.
can you at least give us a clue where this new lake might be?
Ive recently heard of a reservoir between clacton and colchester that you can use. its a farmers irrigation reservoir but is for hire.im waiting for someone to get back to me with all the details.
could be a load of hype and it will turn out to be a pond!
